Our hours are flexible and we can usually offer appointments Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, evenings and Saturday mornings by arrangement.
We believe that the best way to properly assess your problem is by meeting you face-to-face. Book in for an initial consultation and we can determine together the best course of treatment to resolve your problem. Be assured that at every step of the way you will be involved in the decision-making process and won’t be tied into appointments that you don’t need.
Initial consultation £55 / 45 minutes
Follow up appointment £40 / 30 minutes
Extended consultation / Vestibular/balance problems £65 / 60 minutes
30 minute massage £30

Payment for your treatment is required at the end of each session and we are happy to accept payment by cash, cheque and card.
Private Medical Insurance
SRC Physio is recognised by major private health insurance providers and we can invoice some companies directly or provide you with an invoice with all the details you will need to reclaim the fees from your insurer.
If you wish to claim treatment costs on your health insurance, each insurance policy is different and we advise you to contact your insurance company directly to ensure (in advance) that your treatment is covered. You should also check whether you need to be referred by a doctor or a consultant before receiving treatment.
If for any reason you are running late for an appointment, please call us to let us know. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice, so if you are unable to make your appointment please call or email the day before to avoid incurring any cancellation charges.
"Susan and her colleagues at SRC Physio were helpful, professional and friendly and the treatment I received was very effective. The cause of my pain was clearly explained as was each stage of the various types of treatment they used to help me. I was also given exercises to continue doing at home, with diagrams and videos, to help prevent the problem reoccurring. I am happy to recommend them."
